Publication
The proceedings will be published in full text in a periodical on IOP Publishing's website at: https://iopscience.iop.org/journal/1742-6596 via Journal of Physics: Conference Series, ISSN Web: 1742-6596, which will send to be Indexed by all major citation databases (EI Compendex and Scopus). IOP Publishing is a subsidiary of the Institute of Physics.

Submission
Please submit your Conference Paper to: Mr.Lee Zhi (email: lz@istci.org) Please find the conference paper template format for WORD format here, and LaTeX2e class file here (submitted papers need to follow the required fonts strictly). The pages for each paper, minimum is 10 pages，if each paper's number of pages are lower the minimum request then it will sent to update.

Copyright and Similarity
Each author who submits the paper must agree with the Copyright, the author should take a full responsibility about it.
Eacr paper's similarity can not over 25%, please check it before your submission.

Please Note

• Papers that do not contain an original research contribution will be rejected. Papers that are so badly written as not to be understandable will be rejected, as well as papers where authors engage in extensive self-plagiarism.
• If author submits their manuscript to the Conference Proceeding please make sure you have never submitted it to other publishers before, it should be fresh and new. Author should sign a copyright agreement with us before you publish your manuscript via ICOEO-2021.
• The REFERENCES in your article must be over 5.
• Deadline for conference proceeding submission is on 30th October, 2021.
• For Open Access, this conference proceeding has an Open Access for authors, if you wish your paper to be Open Access please contact Mr. Lee Zhi (Email: lz@istci.org) for more information

Others
If you do not need to publish any paper, you may attend our conference as oral/poster presenter, or listener. The submitted abstract should contain a sufficient summary of the paper and outline of goals, results and conclusion, including conveying sufficient understanding when read in isolation from the paper, you may download template here, and contact Ms. Sally Guo (sally@istci.org) if you want to submit you one-page abstract.

如果作者想提交一份不少于6页的论文并发表于我们的大会会刊里，那么我们组委会的会刊与英国物理学会出版社IOP 旗下 《Journal of Physics: Conference Series 》 (JPCS) 出版合作，ISSN Web: 1742-6596，提交的检索机构为：EI、Scopus 等主流检索，一篇文章10页以内开外对参会人员不收费，非原创和语言组织能力不好的会被拒收。 如果作者想同时投稿大会特刊和大会期刊，请确保不要投递相同的题目和内容，并且全部的文章此前从未发表过。 会刊论文WORD模板要求请在此处下载，LaTeX2e class 模板请在此处下载，并 Email 提交至李老师 lz@istci.org 。 如不想全球范围内发表任何文章，或仅仅是口述您的科研成果或通过海报形式宣传，请联系 sally@istci.org。
