Cancellation
• A 80% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before Oct. 5th, 2020.
• A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before Dec. 5th, 2020.
• A 30% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before Jan. 5th, 2021.
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after Jan. 5th, 2021.
• No refund for registrants who paid but did not attend the conference in person. However, you will have a chance to attend next year's conference without registration fee.
• Hotel cancellation deadline: Feb. 5th, 2021. A separate refund service fee of $100 will be charged for each refund.
• Cancellations should be made via email to laura@icnrd.com before the above deadline.
