Attention 1. The payment can be paid by credit card or wire transfer in US Dollars. The difference caused by bank service and exchange rate is NOT included. 2. Speakers will have to complete the registration and payment before July 20th, 2020 in order for their speech can be list on the program.

Additional Items
• A 80% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before May 12, 2020. • A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before June 12, 2020. • No refund will be made for cancellations received after June 12, 2020 • No refund for registrants who paid but did not attend the conference in person. However, you will have a chance to attend next year's conference without registration fee. • Hotel cancellation deadline: June 12, 2020. A separate refund service fee of $100 will be charged for each refund. • Cancellations should be made via email to alice@istci.org before the above deadline.
