Cancellation
1. A 80% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before June. 22, 2022.
2. A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before August 15, 2022.
3. No refund will be made for cancellations received after August 15, 2022.
4. No refund for registrants who paid but did not attend the conference in person. However, you will have a chance to attend next year’s conference without registration fee.
5. Hotel cancellation deadline: August 22, 2022. A separate refund service fee of $100 will be charged for each refund.
6. Cancellations should be made via email to johanna@istci.org before the above deadline.
